I'm Barbara Morris
As an ageless activist I help boomers and older women avoid premature decline. My age is unimportant because I know a lot of deterioration is not age related, but rather, the result of poor lifestyle choices as well as acceptance of lingering out-dated beliefs and attitudes about aging.
